Digital printing technology has made it so we can put anything on a ski.
As long as you can design it on a computer, there are no limits.
It's your ski, the way you want it.
THE PROCESS
We use sublimation printing to transfer ink directly into the topsheet.
That means full-bleed colour, photographic detail, gradients, illustrations, logos, etc.
Whatever you can design, we can build.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Order your skis
Add your skis to cart and select "Custom" as your graphic option at checkout. No design required yet. Just lock in your pair.
Step 2: We reach out
Once your order is confirmed, Zachy will contact you directly to kick off the design process.
Step 3: Bring your design
You have three options here:
We design it together. Zachy can work with you to build a graphic. Fair warning: Photoshop skills are intermediate, not agency-level. Simple, bold, and intentional graphics are where this shines.
You design it. If you have a vision, bring it. We will work with whatever you hand us.
Hire a designer. Have someone else create it and send us the file. We will take it from there.
Step 4: We prep the file
Once the graphic is decided, Zachy will fit it to the ski template, check print specs, and make sure everything is dialed before it goes to production.
Step 5: You approve the mock-up
We will send you a digital mock-up showing exactly how the graphic sits on the ski.
Step 6: We build your skis

If you have designed something you think other people would buy, we want to hear about it.
